MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes.  When you add items to your cart, you’re given the option to “Send to: myself OR someone else”.  Choose “someone else” and enter the name of your recipient.  At checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter each address.


Can I choose different shipping dates for each recipient?
Yes, before you click “Add to Cart”, you’ll be asked if “this is for a future shipping date”.  There will be a text box in which you can enter your desired shipping date.

How will my recipient know it’s from me?
The packing slip will include your name.  

How far in advance can I place my order?

We can take your order up to 6 months in advance.

What flavors of toffee are available?

Currently, we offer Classic Almond Toffee in various sizes.  We plan to add several flavors in the future.  To be announced!


What sizes are offered?
Sweet Dane’s Toffee is available in bags & boxes.

Bags - ¼ lb. re-sealable pouch (4 oz.) and 2 lb. re-sealable pouch. (32 oz.).

Boxes - ½ lb. Signature Box (8 oz.), ¾ lb. Box (12 oz. - limited supply), 1 lb. Signature Box (16 oz.), and a 2 lb. Gift Tin (32 oz.)

How long does your toffee last?
We make Sweet Dane’s Toffee without preservatives or additives.  For maximum freshness, we recommend eating it within 2 weeks of opening the bag.  If you live in a humid climate, it’s best to refrigerate or freeze your toffee.  Important – let your toffee reach room temperature before opening the bag, otherwise condensation will form on your toffee and affect the crunchiness.

Are there allergens in Sweet Dane’s Toffee?
Yes, our toffee contains milk products (butter), soy (chocolate) and nuts (almonds).

Is Sweet Dane’s Toffee available without nuts?
No, we don’t offer our toffee without nuts.  It just wouldn’t be the same!

Which shipping carrier do you use?
USPS is our standard domestic ship method, prices are per address.

Home deliveries are Tuesday thru Saturday.

Commercial deliveries are Monday thru Friday, please include company name on the recipient shipping address information.

Do you ship to a Business/Commercial Address?
Yes, we do ship to business commercial addressees.
When shipping to a business, the business name, recipient name, suite and/or floor number and business phone number must accompany the address.


When shipping to hospitals, colleges or large companies Sweet Dane’s Toffee will only guarantee delivery to the shipping and receiving area of the delivery address.  It is then that facilities responsibility to deliver the package to the appropriate recipient.  Sweet Dane’s Toffee cannot control delivery times or condition once delivered to the shipping and receiving area.

We are unable to ship to correctional facilities.

What days of the week do you ship?
March-September we ship Tuesday & Wednesday.
October-February we ship Monday thru Friday.
Are you able to ship in the summer?
Please review our “warm weather shipping policy”.

Does someone need to be home to receive the order?
No

Why do you need a shipping date instead of arrival date?
We are able to ship your package on a specific business day from our warehouse.  We are unable to guarantee a specific arrival date with our standard ship method.

Can I store addresses on my account?
Yes.

Click the "My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here".  That link will send an email to you with your password.


CHANGES IN ORDER

Can I change the delivery address after I have placed the order?
